Coaching… that mysterious profession that makes people raise their eyebrows in skepticism. I understand the concerns many people have about it, and truth be told coaches of any sort aren’t different from anyone else. But what many coaches offer is simply life experience gained from difficult situations.

We’ll all encounter difficulties in this life, but most coaches have encountered trauma, tragedies, and suffering at a younger age than normal, or they have overcome obstacles and barriers that have proven to be major setbacks in the lives of others. Although life coaches have encountered such suffering or obstacles, and felt it deeply, they also found a way through it when traditional measures didn’t work, and now they seek to share this guidance and help others do the same.

You may ask yourself: Why a coach and not a therapist or counselor? Coaches don’t practice therapy or counseling. Our work is more of a companionship; of walking alongside you or the individuals we work with for however long you or they may need. I’m also not a fan of the formality of the strict and rigid one-hour sessions that therapists and counselors abide by. With many of my clients, I’m only a phone call or text message away, if something unprecedented comes your way. With that said, not every coach can help every individual. It’s your duty to find the one for you. Trust your gut, your feelings, your intuitions when finding the right coach. That will never lead you astray.

General Information:

I typically conduct meetings via Zoom, although I’m happy to accommodate in-person, phone call, text message, and email communication as well. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. Although I’m based in central Florida, and this is where many of my clients are, I also have clients everywhere from Europe to California. Technology can be a wonderful thing, so no matter where you are, I’m here and available.

Rates are $85 per one hour session. I work with some clients in 30 minute increments, others in two hour periods, while some just text me when something is heavy on their mind. Every path is unique, so I’m happy to work with you based upon your needs and desires. Although I don’t advertise a sliding scale, I also don’t want to turn away anyone based upon financial limitations. Feel free to reach out and we can discuss a rate that fits your life.

Frequency: We can meet as often as you wish. I meet with some clients weekly, others monthly, and some simply reach out to me when they have a unique dream which sparks their curiosity or even an obstacle present within their life they seek to overcome.

Confidentiality: All information discussed remains between you and I. I will never release any information outside of our meetings with the exception to imminent danger to self or others.
